Small village on the Irrawaddy River (or Ayeyarwadi) in Myanmar. With its 2170 km, Irrawaddy River runs through Myanmar from north to south and is its most important commercial waterway. It is also important in the social and religious life of people living on its banks. It is source of water and place of reunion, fishing, toiletries and entertainment for all people. Navigate it in the evening is spectacular, when the banks are filled with men, women and children to laundry and swimming.
